Overview
This course examines the use of EAN through to 100% oxygen for optimal mixes to a depth of 45 msw.
Course Objectives.
The objectives of this course is to train divers in the benefits, hazards and proper procedures for utilizing EAN 21% to 100% oxygen for divers not requiring staged decompression.
(Decompression techniques may be combined with this course at the discretion of the instructor).
Diver Pre-Requisites.
- Minimum age if taught with decompression procedures course or the min age of 18 applies.
- Minimum cert of TDI Nitrox Diver or equivalent.
- Proof of 25 logged open water dives.
Course Requirements.
- Classroom session of at least 6 hours.
- Open water dives to include 100 mins of dive time.
- TDI written exam.
