Scuba Review

Overview

The Scuba Review is divided into two sessions : academic and confined-water (pool).

Pre requisites:

You need to be previously qualified as at least an Open Water diver or equivalent.

Academic training is divided into six sections

  • Safe Diving Practices.
  • Dive Planning fundamentals.
  • Problem management.
  • Breathing air at depth.
  • Recreational diving and dive tables: Basic knowledge.
  • Recreational diving and dive tables: Dive planning.

Confined water training takes place in an indoor swimming pool where you will be taken through some of the skills taught in the Open Water course.

Course Schedule

Academic Training takes place in Peacehaven near Brighton, or at another convenient location. The academic sessions are divided into six modules, which you will be expected to work through independently at your own pace. Once you have gone through the guidebook, there will be a session, just to make sure you are confident in all areas covered by this course.

Confined Training takes place at one of many pools in the Surrey & Sussex area. You will be using top quality diving equipment under full supervision from qualified diving Instructors and Divemasters to ensure you re-master your diving skills.

  • Full equipment hire.
  • Scuba Tune-up guidebook.
  • Decal Duration (minimum).
  • 1 hour pool.
  • 1 hour theory.
